Beginner ballet steps are designed to be fun! For our youngest students, we add a bit of make-believe to these classes to encourage their imagination!

Level 1 classes, designed for kindergarten and first graders, include several different classes to fit individual choices. Fundamentals taught in these classes are the building blocks of solid technique. Our skilled teachers explain “how to” and “why” while demonstrating steps and teaching terminology.

Level 2 classes are intermediate-level dance lessons for ages 7 to 10. Dedicated teachers will clarify dance terms and proper techniques as they encourage our students. Reviewing and cleaning, practicing and improving, this is an important level of achievement!

Level 3 classes are designed for students ages 10-12. This is a progressive level with exciting new challenges! Each class combines review and explanation with new steps and combinations. Level 3 is the entry grade of our Advanced Level classes, where students discover their passion for dance!

Level 4 classes are designed for students ages 11-13 with dance experience. These classes will challenge students to improve and clean technical skills. Pointe 4 is for 1st-year pointe students and requires recommendation by our director. Two pointe classes are required each week.

Level 5 classes are designed for students ages 12-16 with multiple years of dance training. Both challenging and rewarding, level 5 classes to assure new progress. Appropriate for 2nd year pointe students, 2 pointe classes each week are required.

Level 6 classes are designed for students ages 12 –17 with strong technique and many years of strong dance experience. Students are encouraged to give 100% of their effort to achieve a new level of skill. Appropriate for 3rd-5th year pointe dancers, 2 pointe classes are required.

These classes are designed for students ages 13 –17 with strong technique and many years of strong dance experience. Students are encouraged to give 100% of their effort and have the dedication to achieve a new level of skill. Appropriate for 3rd-5th year pointe dancers, 2 pointe classes are required.

Teen classes are designed for students ages 12-17 with limited or no dance experience. Positions, steps, and terminology are explained in-depth as the teacher demonstrates each move.

Adult classes at Gotta Dance are exactly what you have been looking for! Whether you are finding your way back to dance after a long hiatus or just ready to try something new, now is the perfect time! Our adult classes combine clear explanations and heavy doses of review to fully explain all steps and combinations. Dress codes are flexible to make everyone feel comfortable.
