Cindi grew up in Winter Park Florida where she studied at the Royal School of Dance. She graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, training under Robert Lindgren, Sonja Tyven, Job Saunders, Guyla Pandi, and Pauline Koner. As the owner of Gotta Dance and Director of Plano Metropolitan Ballet for nearly 30 years, she is living her dream!

With 12 years of training, Gabrielle has returned to teach at Gotta Dance and choreograph for Plano Metropolitan Ballet. Gabrielle received her Associates of the Arts from Collin College and is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Disability Studies in Movement Science at the University of Texas at Austin. She aspires to facilitate a studio environment in which the love of dance and one another can be celebrated.

Stacy graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She is the co-founder of LTP Tap, which is dedicated to preserving historical tap dance. She has studied under Sarah Petronio, Barbara Phillips, Dianne Walker and many others. Stacy is a fan of history and  has been to Paris 3 times (and hopes to add to that!) 

Alex grew up right outside of Washington DC in Arlington, VA, and trained at the Washington School of Ballet. She went on to dance with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre in their trainee program before moving to Dallas. She currently dances with Avant Chamber Ballet. A fun fact is that she is related to author Victor Hugo!

Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado. She enjoys all types of dance and has been teaching for thirty years sharing her joy! Dance has always been a big part of her life and she is grateful for that blessing.

Audrey is thrilled to be entering her fifth year teaching at Gotta Dance. She draws heavily on her RAD syllabus training education, stressing clean lines and attention to details. In both ballet and tap, Audrey teaches with an emphasis on biomechanics and loves to educate her students on musicality and artistry. As a member of DFW’s LTP Tap, she enjoys annual tap festivals studying with master tap teachers.

Sydney is a Dallas, Texas native where she trained in ballet and contemporary styles of dance since she was 10. Professionally she has performed and worked with many local choreographers, along with teaching and receiving her ABT Curriculum certification for levels pre-primary through level 5. This is her 9th year teaching at Gotta Dance and her 5th year with Plano Metropolitan Ballet.
